The EP1C20F324C8N is an SRAM-based programmable logic device manufactured using a 1.5 V, 0.13 µm copper process. It allows designers to implement customized digital logic functions, interface control, data processing, protocol conversion, and memory-control circuits. The device integrates 64 M4K embedded RAM blocks, two phase-locked loops for clock management, dedicated DDR memory-interface circuitry, and support for multiple single-ended and differential I/O standards. It supports LVDS data transmission rates of up to 640 Mbps and can interface with DDR SDRAM, FCRAM, SDR SDRAM, and PCI devices.
